Draftly Privacy Policy

Draftly (hereinafter "the App") values your personal information and has established the following privacy policy in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

1. Personal Information Collected

The App may collect the following information to provide its services.

• Voice data: Audio recorded through the microphone when using the voice input feature (RECORD_AUDIO permission)
• Device information: Advertising identifier, device model, and OS version (for advertising services)

Content such as notes and checklists created in the App is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Voice input: Converts your voice to text to assist with note-taking.
• Advertising: Displays personalized ads through Google AdMob.
• App improvement: May collect anonymized usage data to analyze crashes and improve service stability.

3. Retention Period

• Voice data: Deleted immediately after text conversion and is not stored separately.
• On-device data: All data is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
• Advertising data: Subject to Google's privacy policy.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not share your personal information with third parties in principle. However, the following exceptions apply:

• When you have given prior consent
• When required by law
• Limited information may be shared with Google AdMob for advertising services.

5. App Permissions

The App uses the following permissions:

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): For voice-to-text note creation [Optional]
• Internet (INTERNET): For displaying ads and voice recognition API [Required]
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): For sending reminder notifications [Optional]
• Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): For the floating quick note button [Optional]
• Foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): To keep the floating button running [Required]
• Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To re-register reminder notifications [Required]

Optional permissions are requested only when the corresponding feature is used. You can use the basic features of the App without granting them.

6. Security Measures

The App implements the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

• All user data is encrypted and stored in the device's internal storage.
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) are used for network communications.
