Jeter Player Terms of Service

Welcome to Jeter Player (hereinafter "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Overview

Jeter Player is a media player application that allows you to play, manage, and organize videos and photos stored on your device. Features include playlist management, photo albums, media cleanup tools, biometric-locked folders, continue watching, picture-in-picture playback, and more. Certain features may require an internet connection or a subscription.

2. User Accounts

• No mandatory account is required to use the App.
• You may optionally connect a Google account to manage subscriptions through Google Play.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features (such as Plus Pass and Pro) are available only through paid subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.

4. User Content

• You retain full ownership of all media (videos, photos) on your device.
• Your media files are stored locally on your device; the App does not upload or transfer your media to external servers.
• The App organizes and manages metadata (such as playlists, albums, and playback history) to enhance your experience.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user media), is the intellectual property of the Jeter Player development team. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Jeter Player development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced within the App.
