OmniWake Terms of Service

Welcome to OmniWake (hereinafter "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Overview

OmniWake is an alarm application that allows you to create and manage alarms with flexible scheduling options including one-time, weekday, cycle, nap timer, calendar-based, date range, and yearly schedules. Certain features may require an internet connection or a subscription.

2. User Accounts

• You may optionally connect a Google account to enable subscription management and Pro status synchronization across devices.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when connecting your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features are available only through a paid Pro subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.
• OmniWake participates in the VelocityCraft cross-app subscription: one Pro subscription unlocks Pro features in OmniWake, Draftly, and Jeter Player.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all alarm configurations and custom content you create within the App.
• All alarm data is stored locally on your device and is not automatically uploaded to any server.
• Backup and restore of alarm data is entirely user-initiated.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your alarm data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-created content), is the intellectual property of the OmniWake development team. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will fire without fail under all device and system conditions. Users relying on alarms for critical purposes should use additional means of waking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OmniWake development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including missed alarms or data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced within the App.
